Las Villas de Los Álamos is an elegant residential complex of 49 villas designed by the Torras y Sierra architectural studio, in a traditional style, in the Sotogrande Alto development, right on the La Cañada golf course. Most of these houses in Sotogrande have a plot area of more than 300 m2. Detached/Individual Houses: There are six units of this type. They share the same characteristics as the semi-detached houses. These villas in Sotogrande are located on the southern side of the plot, where the land slope is steeper. The plots are larger, some exceeding 1,000 m2. These homes have four bedrooms, four bathrooms, and a guest toilet.
